After a scintillating start during which the Quins scored a dozen unabswered points, Beddau bit back to record a convincing win.
A penalty try and Geraint Evans touchdown put the Quins twelve-nil ahead.
Yet Beddau proved it's not where you start it's where you finish and the Bulldogs doubled the Quins score in a particularly effective second half response, registering twenty seven points.
This win, couple with Trebanos' victory over Ystrad Rhondda plunged the Quins back into the relegation zone.
All eyes will be focussed on South Parade for Saturday's visit of Ystalyfera.
